About This Game:
Along with your crew you are ship-wrecked on a mysterious archipelago. As the son/daughter of the gravely injured captain you take charge and set up a camp for the survivors. Since food resources are limited you plant your own crops and establish a small farm. Your goal is to eventually build a new ship.
So you search all islands for useful treasures and forage deeper and deeper into the wilderness. On your excursions many exciting quests await you – as well as numerous dangers and threats. This one comes up very often and we get lots of emails regarding this issue. In order to get the blueprints for the strongwood beam, you must advance in the game and you will eventually get the blueprint from Brenda. The progression is something like this:
- Get the first golden statue
- Place the statue on the pedestal
- Sven will send you to find more pieces for the ship on the sandbars.
- Talk to Sven
- Talk to the parrot
- Talk to the ancestor
- Then you get the blueprint from Brenda

During the First Statue mission, you are asked to jump into the new canoe. Some users try to use the row boat to go to the new canoe and then try to jump into the canoe. This is not possible.
You must approach this new canoe via land on foot and then jump into the conoe.
Stranded Sails uses iCloud to store the game's save games to the cloud. In order for this to work properly, you must be:
1) Logged into Game Center on your Apple devices
2) Have iCloud turned on your Apple devices
If for some reason your save game does NOT appear when you launch the game, try by first restarting your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, etc). If you are still missing the save game, try logging out of Game Center and then back into Game Center.
In order to build Sven's shack, you must search the "hinterland" area of the main island. In order to do this, you must head north and chop down a set of bushes that are blocking the path to the "hinterland" area.
1) In order to build Sven's shack, you need 2 Wooden Planks, and one Metal Brace.
2) You should have everything already to build the metal brace.
3) But to get additional wood, you must head north to the "hinterland" area. You've reached it when you get to this area (see screenshot below). Chop these bushes to get through.
4) This area is on the map as shown below:
5) Once you've chopped enough wood, you can now build Sven's shack! Remember to go back to the Crafting Station and build the necessary wooden planks.
